Ayshwarya Vikram is a Managing Director on the Blackstone Operating Team. She is the lead Operating Executive for Blackstone’s private equity investments in India. She also leads the sustainability-driven value creation agenda across Asia Private Equity portfolio.

Before joining Blackstone in 2021, Ms. Vikram worked as a Principal at KKR Capstone in India, in a role spanning both investing and value creation. She started her career with the Boston Consulting Group post her MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She also holds a BE (Honors) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani.
